I’m prototyping a 72/28 rPET/PA6 filament and my alumina eyelets are leaving micro‑abrasion bands at about 4.8 cN/tex and 450 m/min; has anyone had better luck with zirconia‑polished guides or DLC‑coated hooks to drop COF without growing fuzz? Trying to optimize yield on a 12‑end setup and I’d love a model number or surface Ra that works.
